简介：

水热合成釜是在一定温度、一定压力条件下合成化学物质提供的反应器。它广泛应用于新材料、能源、环境工程等领域的科研试验中，是高校教学、科研单位进行科学研究的常用小型反应器。

特点：

1、安全。在设计时充分考虑了安全性，由被动控温转为主动控压。罐体采用圆形榫槽密封设计，手动螺旋紧固（扳手机械紧固）密封性能好；杯顶有泄气孔，安全系数高即使在温度失控的情况下，只会内杯变形，外罐不会坏

2、使用方便：内杯采用U型设计，易于清洗；内壁光滑，不挂水

3、反应釜具有编号，不会出现混配，方便试验中样品的区分

4、空白值低，提高分析的准确度和精密度，降低了工作强度和对环境的污染。
