力学性能检测

　　东标橡塑材料及制品检测中心中心可依照依照ISO、ASTM、DIN、GB、HB等完成塑料及其制品力学性能检测，主要包括：拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击性能（缺口冲击强度、无缺口冲击强度）、压缩性能、耐撕裂性能（撕裂强度）、剪切性能（剪切强度）、耐疲劳性能、摩擦和磨耗性能（摩擦系数、磨耗）、蠕变性能、动态力学性能。

耐候性

　　塑料和塑料制品在加工、贮存和使用过程中，因受外部环境因素影响和左右，会出现性能逐渐变坏，直至丧失使用价值的现象。东标橡塑材料与制品检测中心可参照ISO、ASTM、DIN、GB、HB等标准模拟各种环境，对橡胶及其制品的耐候性（老化测试、耐油等等液体、温度冲击等）进行评价。

　　主要测试方法有： 

　　高低温温度快速变化实验、高低温恒定湿热试验、温度冲击试验、盐雾腐蚀实验、紫外光耐候实验、氙灯耐候试验、臭氧老化试验、二氧化硫/硫化氢试验箱、箱式淋雨实验、霉菌交变试验、沙尘实验、高温高压应力腐蚀试验、耐介质（水、各有机溶剂、油）性能测试

热性能测试

　　东标橡塑测试中心可依照SO、ASTM、DIN、GB、HB等标准完成塑料热性能测试。塑料及其制品热稳定性是其很关键的一个参数。热性能主要包括：热稳定性（尺寸热稳定性、负荷热变形温度、维卡软化点、马丁耐热、总体积收缩量、线性收缩率、线性热膨胀率）、流动性（熔点、软化点、熔体流动速率）、热导率测定、玻璃化转变温度、脆化温度、失强温度。

　　标橡塑材料及制品检测中心可依照ISO、ASTM、DIN、GB、HB等标准完成塑料密度、相对密度、粉粒塑料表观密度、透气性、透湿性、表面糙度、塑料镜面光泽、硬度（邵氏、洛氏、球压痕印）、树脂灰分、等规指数、白点温度（成膜温度）、粘度和黏数、树脂含水量、挥发份及固含量、热固性树脂胶凝时间、塑料光学性能（透光率和雾度、黄色指数、折光率、白度测定、色泽测定）的测定。
