Furnaces are used in laboratories for heat-treatment testing of various samples, when the agresive fouling, which would pelt with the spirals, can be formed

Description of the construction of the furnace:   主要结构描述
-          frameless construction with the mantle created by a hooped metal plate
-          优质不锈钢外壳，框架结构
-          door of the hooped metal plate is tank shaped
-          门由耐火材料填充、坚固耐用
-          chamber constituted of the insulating expanded portfolios of the mineral grain
-          高温室由绝缘的耐火材料组成
-          heating panels made of fireproof ceramics are inserted in the sideplates
-          电热丝被陶瓷管包围，并安装在电炉两侧
-          door reinforced by the thick lsheet of mineral grain
-          门上加厚矿物纤维耐火层
-          airing chimney at the back of the furnace
-          烟囱被安装在炉子后侧
-          heating elements interpolated to the panels with fireproof ceramics
-          加热陶瓷管包埋在耐火材料中，没有明火
-          door equipped with a safety limit switch

-          furnace equiped by the cooling fan,

-          controller INDUSTRY allows saving of 30 control programs in the internal controller memory, each program can consist of up to 15 steps, operator may start the select program on a preset date and time thanks to the installed real time clock.
