产品用途：与卤酸气体测试仪同时配合使用，是检验电线电缆及光缆低阻燃性电缆评定发烟特性必不可少的专业仪器。

工作原理：

电缆或光缆在特定条件下燃烧的烟密度光测系统由光源、硅光电池接受器和计算机系统组成。光源产生的光通过3m×3m×3m的烟密度实验室，在光源对面的墙上形成一直径1.5m±0.1m 的均匀光束，安装在光束中心处的光电池检测来自光源的光束强度。当燃烧室内由于燃烧电缆或光缆产生大量烟雾时，烟把光电吸收掉一部分，达到硅光电池的光束强度就减弱，通过计算机系统对数据进行处理，就能够计算出相对于初始时为100%的具有线性响应的透光率It。

本仪器涉及机械、光学、电子三个方面的专业知识，是机光电一体化产品，具有结构合理、性能稳定、操作简便等优点；具有WINDOWS XP操作系统、LabVIEW风格界面、完善的安全机制。测试期间实时显示测量结果并动态地绘出完美曲线，数据可以永久保存、调阅和打印输出。
