陈吉平，研究员、博士生导师。1964年生，1997年毕业于中科院大连化学物理研究所，获分析化学专业博士学位，1998年毕业留所工作至今，2003年任研究员。2004年作为高级访问学者赴德国马普化学生态学研究所合作研究。现任辽宁省快速检测技术与痕量分析重点实验室主任、中国毒理学会分析毒理专业委员会委员、中国环境科学学会持久性有机污染物专业委员会委员、中国生态学会微生物生态专业委员会委员。主要从事分析化学与环境化学及其相关的基础与应用研究。近五年主持国家自然科学基金3项，863重点项目课题1项，973子课题2项，国家科技部攻关项目1项，国家环保总局POPs覆约办项目3项。现已发表研究论文100余篇，其中SCI源论文50余篇，授权与申请专利18件。
