在线质谱制造商IONICON Analytik收购同行IONIMED

　　日前，专注于微量气体分析的高分辨率敏感在线质谱制造商IONICON Analytik公司宣布，其已于2013年5月23日正式收购IONIMED Analytik公司。

　　目前在IONIMED公司官网突出位置显示着“IONIMED现已成为IONICON公司旗下品牌”。据悉，IONIMED公司成立于2004年，专业从事空气中的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)痕量的检测和定量。

　　IONICON公司则是1998年由奥地利因斯布鲁克大学(University of Innsbruck)分拆出来的，为的是将高度敏感的痕量气体分析仪器PTR-MS（质子转移反应质谱仪）商业化。目前，其产品包括多种超敏感高分辨率在线质谱仪以及四极杆质谱和飞行时间质谱产品。

　　对于此次兼并交易，IONICON公司CEO Lukas Märk先生表示，两家公司的整合可产生协同作用，两个团队的联合可在产品开发和市场多元化方面产生巨大潜力。今后，IONIMED公司所有的关系和合同都将移交给IONICON，其他则原地不动。
