10月4日,发表在Scientific Reports 上一篇题为“Aldo-keto reductase 1C1 induced by interleukin-1β mediates the invasive potential and drug resistance of metastatic bladder cancer cells”论文中,日本北海道大学的研究人员发现,一种用于治疗感冒的非甾体类抗炎药能够抑制膀胱癌的扩散,降低小鼠化疗抵抗性。

  膀胱癌是男性中第七大最常见的癌症,可分为两种类型:1)非肌层浸润性(non-muscle-invasive)膀胱癌,5年生存率为90%;2)肌层浸润性膀胱癌(MIBC),预后非常糟糕。MIBC通常使用cisplatin等抗癌药进行治疗,但往往会产生化疗抵抗性,扩散到其它器官,如肺、肝脏、骨等。
