分析测试百科网讯 近日,R&D杂志宣布了2017年度R&D 100奖决赛入围者,这是第55届年度研发奖100项大奖,该奖项旨在纪念去年的100项最具创新性的技术。今年的R&D 100大奖在2017年11月17日在迪斯尼世界天鹅度假村举行的黑色领带仪式上与第三届年度R&D 100大会共同举行。研发100奖项决赛选手的独立评审团由50多位代表各个领域的研发领导者组成。

Dragonfly-高速共焦成像平台
Dragonfly 核心功能是多点高速,高灵敏度共聚焦成像,其采集速度比普通点扫描共聚焦技术快至20倍。另外采用高分辨,高灵敏的探测器,有效减少活细胞成像的光毒性及光漂白,同时也适合于固定样品的高分辨快速三维成像。 第二种成像模式为激光照相的宽场荧光成像。这种模式特别适用于极弱荧光成像,如酵母及其他非常薄的样品,或者如钙离子成像等极高速实验。另外适用于对激光能量密度要求很高的单分子荧光定位实验,可用于单分子定位超分辨实验。这种模式得益于ZL的Borealis照明和GPU加速的反卷积。用Dragonfly做宽场成像,可以和其他模式分享相同相机和激光并且无须切换显微镜端口和滤色片转轮,达到更有效的硬件控制。 第三种成像模式TIRF(全内反射荧光显微镜),这种模式适用于细胞膜及附近蛋白的动态成像及体外单分子实验。Dragonfly TIRF可以共用共聚焦显微镜、激光、成像相机和滤光片转轮等,Dragonfly TIRF系统对任意两种波长的激光激发深度做实时校准,可实现任意两种波长的同深度激发同时成像,提高不同颜色标记的定位准确性。 另外,Dragonfly具有光学变倍Zoom功能,有效对成像物镜和探测器分辨率进行匹配,提高成像分辨率及灵敏度。Dragonfly激光照明部分同样具有照明Zoom功能,可用于提高激光照明密度,用于高能能量激光实验,如超分辨单分子定位及超高速快速采集成像。Dragonfly系统具有自适应光学矫正系统,保证成像质量。

NovaSeq系列
NovaSeq仪器提供了简单易用的功能,包括自动化的蔟生成、基于卡盒的试剂以及简化的流程。利用可扩展的通量,用户能够灵活开展那些需要不同产量的测序应用。他们可从四种不同的流动槽中自由选择,并同时运行一个或两个流动槽。
NovaSeq 5000和6000系统的售价分别为85.0万和98.5万美元(仅适用于美国)。NovaSeq 5000可原地升级为NovaSeq 6000。这两个系统之间的差异在于它们运行的流动槽。NovaSeq 5000可运行S1和S2流动槽,而NovaSeq 6000可运行S1、S2、S3和S4四种不同的流动槽。S2格式的流动槽将最先推出,而S1、S3和S4流动槽将在2017年的晚些时候推出。根据Illumina网站上的系统参数,NovaSeq测序系统的产量范围在167 Gb至6 Tb,每次运行的reads数量在16-200亿。以S2流动槽为例,它每次运行最多可测序16个人类基因组,或132个外显子组或转录组。

Celldiscoverer 7
Celldiscoverer 7将人性化的箱式显微镜自动化功能与传统倒置研究显微镜的高图像质量和高灵活性进行完美融合。通过这款新产品,科学家能够在更短的时间内进行2D或3D细胞培养、组织切片或小型模式生物体的研究并获取更理想的数据。
与其他灵活性有限的箱式显微镜相比,蔡司Celldiscoverer 7更能适应多种复杂的任务和应用。该系统可配备多种培养系统和检测系统,可以满足不同研究的多种实验需求。用户可以从众多显微镜相机中选择一款适合的用于实验,即使是要求严格的活细胞实验和快速延时拍摄也游刃有余。尤其是当系统配备了蔡司Axiocam 512 mono显微镜相机时,最高分辨率可达12MP,并拥有能够进行高性能荧光筛选的大视野。
蔡司Celldiscoverer 7将全新的光学设计与先进的自动校正技术相结合,能够帮助研究人员从长时间复杂的延时成像实验中获得高质量的可再现数据。它还具备一种基于硬件的自动聚焦功能,不仅能够自动寻找焦点并保持聚焦,而且可以探测出样品容器的厚度和光学属性。这个用途被用在了蔡司独特的Autocorr自动校正物镜上,为用户提供优异的图像质量。
