华南植物园多篇研究论文受到国际同行的高度关注

  据ScienceDirect网站3月19日报道,中科院华南植物园蒋跃明研究员率领的果蔬采后生物学研究组近年在Food Chemistry(食品科学Top 10%)、Postharvest Biology and Technology (园艺科学Top 10%)、Innovative Food Science & Emerging Technologies(食品科学Top 30%)等国际学术刊物上发表的5篇论文受到国内外同行的高度关注,被广泛引用,成为2008–2010年度或2009–2010年度各期刊前25篇最高引用率的文章之一。这5篇文章及其引用率的排名是:
