Thermo推出用于质控行业的傅立叶变换红外光谱仪

2005年1月12日,美国热电集团(Thermo Electron)推出Nicolet 380型傅立叶变换红外光谱仪,该款仪器是专门针对制药、化学及聚合物工业的QA/QC质控实验室而设计开发的。

Nicolet 380在研发过程中采用了系统集成的设计理念,进样系统可即插即用,基于计算机的专家系统可为用户在试验过程中随时提供指导帮助。全面的光谱认证软件包使得仪器在使用过程中完全符合ISO和GLP/cGMP 标准。

Thermo unveils FT-IR spectrometer for QA/QC

12-Jan-2005 - Thermo Electron has launched a new FT-IR spectrometer specifically targeted at quality control and assurance laboratories in the pharmaceutical, chemical and polymer industries.

The Nicolet 380 is a new product in Thermo's Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer range - also comprising the Nicolet 4700, the Nicolet 6700, and Nicolet 8700 models, which debuted at last year's Pittcon exhibition. The company claims that the features of the unit will boost productivity in routine QA/QC.

Thermo said the Nicolet 380 uses provides plug-and-play sampling and a computer-based system to guide the user through the experiment. A comprehensive spectrometer qualification package is available to verify system performance in compliance with ISO and GLP/cGMP criteria.

In addition, a dynamically aligned interferometer helps ensure reproducible results, and integrated scan buttons on the spectrometer benchtop allow for easy operation of common FT-IR functions used in both industrial and academic laboratories.

The spectrometer is available for analysis in the far-, near-, and mid-IR regions and can also be configured with FT-IR microscopes. A real diamond ATR accessory can be easily installed to measure as low as 200 cm-1. In addition, it can also be used for thermogravimetric analyser (TGA) infrared analysis.

"The design of the Nicolet 380 allows users to achieve a wavelength precision of better than 0.01 cm-1 without using mathematical factors that alter data and are difficult to explain in a standard operating procedure (SOP)," said the company in a statement.
