2011年6月中旬，欧洲化学品管理局(ECHA)在其网站上就13类化学物质是否列入授权清单(即附件XVII)，向公众提出意见咨询，该咨询的截至日期为2011年9月14日。这些物质为：

重铬酸钠(Sodium dichromate)；
