1   Scope This Part of IEC 62820 specifies the technical requirements for the composition, functions, performance, and test methods of general building intercom systems . This part is applicable to the general intercom systems for building entry in residential or commercial buildings. Door-Entry-System ( DES ) is a simple kind of convenient Building-Intercom-System ( BIS ) mainly for user’s comfort. This document has classified the general building intercom systems into two grades in Part 1-1. Grade 1 adopts lower requirements to cover DES not used for relevant security applications while grade 2 adopts higher requirements for building intercom systems for security applications. Each grade may adopt different functional and performance requirements, test methods and normative references. NOTE The different requirements between grade 1 and grade 2 are summarized in Table C.1.

2.1 报警系统 Alarm system 报警系统是现代流程工业中分布式控制系统(DCS)、数据采集与监控系统(SCADA)等监控系统必备的核心组成部分之一。当工业生产过程出现异常状况时,报警系统可以生成相应的报警信息,通过声、光、列表等形式传达给运行人员,提醒运行人员及时发现与处理当前正在发生的异常状况,使得生产过程恢复到正常状况,同时将这些报警信息储存到报警系统中,以便后续查看和分析。 2.2 过程变量 Process variable 过程变量是表征工业过程在生产装置或设备中进行的物质、能量相互作用及转换过程的主要参数,包括温度、压力、流量、液位、成分、浓度等。 2.3 报警变量 Alarm variable 报警变量是基于报警生成机制产生的变量。当过程变量满足报警触发条件时,报警变量通常取值为‘1’,在其它情况下,报警变量通常取值为‘0’。 2.4 报警触发 Alarm occurrence 当过程变量满足报警触发条件时,对应的报警变量取值由‘0’变为‘1’,触发报警事件,其对应的时刻为报警触发时刻。 2.5 报警清除 Alarm clearance 当过程变量满足报警清除条件时,对应的报警变量取值从‘1’变为‘0’,清除报警事件,其对应的时刻为报警清除时刻。 2.6 报警阈值 Alarm threshold 报警阈值是为过程变量设定的用于触发报警的阈值,通常包括高报警阈值和低报警阈值。当过程变量大于高报警阈值或小于低报警阈值时,触发报警事件,报警变量取值由‘0’变为‘1’。 2.7 正确报警 True alarm  正确报警是指能正确反映过程变量出现异常状况的报警事件。 2.8 干扰报警 Nuisance alarm 干扰报警是指当过程变量不存在异常状况时,出现的报警事件。干扰报警经常是由噪声、干扰等因素引发,不代表过程变量真正偏离了正常状况。 2.9 报警持续时间 Alarm duration 报警持续时间是从一次报警的触发时刻到清除时刻的持续时间。 2.10 报警间隔时间 Alarm interval 报警间隔时间是从一次报警清除时刻到下一次报警触发时刻的时间间隔。 2.11 报警偏差 Alarm deviation 报警偏差是过程变量在报警过程中与报警阈值之间偏差绝对值的最大值。 2.12 抖动报警 Chattering alarm 抖动报警是在报警状态和非报警状态之间快速转换的干扰报警。 2.13 振荡报警 Oscillating alarm 振荡报警是以固定周期反复在报警状态和非报警状态之间转换的干扰报警。 2.14 常驻报警 Long-standing alarm 常驻报警是长时间处于报警状态的干扰报警。 3 干扰报警识别 干扰报警的识别本质上需要在报警出现或消除过程中,判断生产过程是处于正常或异常状况,进而识别正常状况下出现的干扰报警和异常状况下消除的干扰报警。然而,判断正常或异常状况一般需要依赖于正常或异常状况的定义,以及与之相关的机理知识、运行经验和监控变量的近期数据等信息,而且导致干扰报警出现的原因多种多样,因此自动判断正常或异常状况经常是比较困难的。抖动报警、振荡报警、常驻报警是常见的干扰报警,具有规律性特征,因此可以依据这些特征,自动识别已经出现和正在出现的干扰报警。
