T/CAMS 56-2021 数控镗铣床可交换铣头

本部分规定了数控龙门镗铣床中的薄角铣头、直角铣头、万能铣头三种可交换铣头附件基本的、共性的技术要求。  本部分的技术内容分六章，包括：范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、技术要求、检验与验收及包装和随机文件。 （1）关于“范围” 本部分适用于数控龙门镗铣床可交换铣头附件设计、制造、装配、检验与验收。各类机床铣头附件产品可根据性能、结构特点，编制相应的产品技术规范，对技术指标、评定方法和检验项目规定作出补充和详细的阐释。 （2）关于“技术要求” 从设计、制造、加工装配、液压、气动、冷却、润滑、电气等多方面对数控镗铣床可交换铣头部件做了技术规范性要求。 （3）关于“检验与验收” 本部分内容包括对铣头的外观、附件和工具、设计参数、主轴的空运转试验、切削负荷试验以及几何精度和工作精度检验。
