This part of ISO 9270 specifies the dimensions and tolerances of 7/24 taper spindle noses with tenons for automatic tool changers, intended for use with the corresponding tool shanks of forms A, AD, AF, U, UD and UF, according to ISO 7388-1.
7/24 taper spindle noses for automatic tool changers -- Part 1: Dimensions and designation of spindle noses of forms S and SF
This part of ISO 26623 specifies dimensions for polygonal taper interfaces with flange contact surface — polygon-shanks for automatic and manual tool exchange to be applied on machine tools (e. g. turning machines, drilling machines, milling machines, and turn/milling centres, as well as grinding machines). A range of shank sizes is specified. These shanks incorporate a grooved flange to enable automatic tool exchange. The clamping can be realized by a circular groove using clamping segments or internal screw threads using centre-bolts. The torque is transmitted by form lock (polygon).

This International Standard specifies, with reference to ISO 230/1, geometrical tests on general purpose and normal accuracy mechanical dividing heads for use on machine tools, and the corresponding permissible deviations that apply. It deals only with the verification of the accuracy of the device. It does not apply to the running of the device, which should generally be checked before the accuracy is tested.

This part of ISO 26622 specifies the dimensions for modular taper interface with ball track system: tapered receivers for automatic and manual tool exchange to be applied on machine tools (e.g. lathe machines, drilling machines, milling machines and turn/milling machine centres). A range of receiver sizes is specified. The torque is transmitted by friction, locking elements and keys.
Modular taper interface with ball track system -- Part 2: Dimensions and designation of receivers
This part of ISO 9270 specifies the dimensions and tolerances of 7/24 taper spindle noses with tenons for automatic tool changers, intended for use with the corresponding tool shanks of forms J, JD and JF according to ISO 7388-2.
7/24 taper spindle noses for automatic tool changers -- Part 2: Dimensions and designation of spindle noses of forms J and JF
This part of ISO 26623 specifies dimensions for polygonal taper interfaces with flange contact surface, polygon-receivers for automatic and manual tool exchange to be applied on machine tools (e. g. turning machines, drilling machines, milling machines, and turn/milling centres as well as grinding machines). A range of receiver sizes is specified. The torque is transmitted by form lock (polygon).

Counterbores with Morse taper shanks and detachable pilots
This International Standard specifies the dimensions of counterbores with Morse taper shanks and detachable pilots for general use. NOTE Figure 1 is diagrammatic only and is not intended to indicate details of design.
Counterbores with Morse taper shanks and detachable pilots
This document specifies the dimensions of reduction sleeves with external 7/24 taper (Nos. 30, 40, 45, 50 and 60) for tools with Morse taper shanks (Nos. 1 to 6). All these sleeves allow driving of tools having Morse taper shanks which have a tenon at the small end of the shank; some sleeves allow driving of tools having Morse taper shanks which have an axially tapped hole in the shank: — with the use of an incorporated screw for sleeves 30 × 1 – 40 × 1 – 40 × 2 – 45 × 1 – 45 × 2 – 45 × 3 – 50 × 2 – 50 × 3 – 50 × 4 – 60 × 3 – 60 × 4 – 60 × 5; — with the use of a draw bar for sleeves 30 × 1 – 30 × 2 – 40 × 1 – 40 × 2 – 40 × 3 – 45 × 1 – 45 × 2 – 45 × 3 – 45 × 4 – 50 × 2 – 50 × 3 – 50 × 4 – 50 × 5 – 60 × 3 – 60 × 4 – 60 × 5 – 60 × 6. Morse tapers conform to ISO 296 while 7/24 tapers are in accordance with ISO 297.
