钢筋弯曲试验机是对钢筋进行冷弯试验和平面反向弯曲试验的专用设备。目前尚无国家计量检定规程/校准规范,该设备技术参数和指标符合YB/T 5126-2003 钢筋混凝土用钢筋弯曲和反向弯曲试验方法》、GB1499.2-2007《钢筋混凝土用钢管第2部分:热轧带肋钢筋》;该产品广泛应用于冶金、机械制造业、建筑施工业、工程监理、技术质量监督等单位,以检验各种钢筋正向、反向弯曲的机械性能。由于缺少相应的校准依据,无法合理判断该设备的计量性能和弯曲结果是否满足要求。因此,本规范的制定,能有效判定在用钢筋弯曲试验机的工作性能是否符合工作要求。标准内容包含:测量原理与一般要求、计量特性实现、计量结果表达、计量时间间隔、钢筋弯曲试验机计量记录参考格式(附录A)、钢筋弯曲试验机弯曲角度测量不确定度评定(附录B)等。
