GB/T16857 的本部分规定了带有接触式探测系统的坐标测量机特性的验收检测和复检检测的方法,且仅在坐标测量机有以下配置时适用,一任何类型接触式探测系统; ————离散点探测的模式; ————探针针头为球形或半球形。 GB/T16857 的本部分适用于有以下任一配置的坐标测量机,a)“单探针探测系统b)“多探针探测系统,即一个测头下固定地连接了多个探针(如星形探针)@)多测头探测系统,如配置了多个测头,每个测头都安装了探针d)万向探测系统; e)探针和测头交换系统;虽,手动(无驱动式)坐标测量机。 本部分不适用于非接船式的探测系统,它需要不同的检测步了。 为方便用户,将“坐标测量机的多探针探测系统的尺寸误差>简称为“多探针尺寸误差”。 如果有可能把探测系统的特性与坐标测量机的特性分离,那么坐标测量机的影响就可以忽略。 详细信息参见附录C。
