本标准规定了板面移动式机械按预定用途使用、可预见的误用及元件和系统故障条件下使用时,所有与该机械有关的重大危险、危险状态或危险事件。本标准也规定了板面移动式机械的术语和定义,以及在GB/T 15706-2012中5.4列出的机器寿命周期各阶段的安全要求和/或保护措施、安全要求验证和使用信息。本标准适用于下列在加工动物皮革过程中使用的具有垂直开启和闭合运动或交替水平进料和出料运动的板面移动式机械(典型结构见附录A,描述见附录B):1) 垂直运动的真空干燥机(见图A.1);2) 水平和垂直运动的真空干燥机(见图A.2);3) 真空伸展机(见图A.3);4) 垂直运动的板式熨平压花机(见图A.4);5) 水平和垂直运动的板式熨平压花机(见图A.5)。本标准不适用于标准颁布前已生产的机器。本标准提供了设计阶段降低噪声的章条(见4.3.4和附录C),未提供噪声检测试验规程。制造商有义务按照噪声检测试验规程提供投放市场机器的噪声排放值。本标准列出了所有重大危险(见附录D)。粉尘、烟雾和蒸汽排放见附录E。联锁系统见附录F。本标准在规范性附录中给出了降低危险的一般性措施。设计和制造者应直接验证所采用的方法能成功降低这些危险。
