| 职位描述 |
· Sales of LSCA(Life Science & Chemical Analysis) instruments supplies and consumables like the core products of columns and sample preparation products within assigned territories · Provide pre-sales and application consultancy to customers
· Work with business operation Manager and distributor to develop and implement marketing plans in order to contribute to business growth · Effectively seeks and penetrates new accounts in target business, new customers and focus on key accounts
· Consistently meets/exceeds sales performance goals
· Ability to accurately forecast business / manages funnel effectively.
· Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, referring more complex leads to others to convert
· Works on sales assignments with clearly defined objectives, techniques
· Solves problems of minimal scope and complexity. |
| 职位要求 |
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline
· At least 4 years sales experiences in laboratory/chemical products
· Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications
· Able to formulate sales plans that are consistent with LSCA products and strategy
· A good knowledge of analytical instrument consumables, columns and instrument markets
· Highly motivated creative and result oriented · Able to work with minimum supervision
· High customer satisfaction/loyalty
· Always interested learning new skills and self improvement
· Fast learner & applies new skills effectively
· Ability to motivate and positively influence others
· Work as a team, Wants the team to succeed and actively works to ensure that it happens. |
