赛默飞推出TSQ Duo三重四极杆气质联用系统。

变色龙CDS的新型选择离子监测(SIM)桥软件,可帮助在TSQ Duo上非常简便地使用MS/MS方法。

TSQ Duo系统使用TRACE 1300气相色谱仪和TSQ质谱平台,可再同一台仪器上进行单四极杆和三重四极杆的质谱分析。

在单四极杆模式下,TSQ Duo系统可获得高质量的全扫描谱,非常方便地进行常规的质谱谱库检索,并进行高性能的SIM定量。

在三重四极杆模式下,使用选择反应监测(SRM)模式,可增强灵敏度,即使在非常复杂的基质中也可大大降低背景。

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. has introduced the Thermo Scientific TSQ Duo triple quadrupole GC-MS/MS system. The Chromeleon CDS’ new selected ion monitoring (SIM) bridge software capability helps simplify the adoption of MS/MS methods on the TSQ Duo.

The TSQ Duo system is based on the proven Thermo Scientific TRACE 1300 gas chromatograph and TSQ mass spectrometer platform, and is designed to perform both single and triple quadrupole analysis on the same instrument. In single quadrupole mode, the TSQ Duo system can deliver high–quality, full-scan spectra, searchable against popular MS libraries, and high-performance SIM quantitation. In triple quadrupole mode, selected reaction monitoring (SRM) enhances sensitivity by allowing clean detection, even in very complex matrices. The Chromeleon CDS can perform a number of automated actions based on in-run chromatographic results. This automation minimizes analytical errors and improves efficiency. The CDS is designed to facilitate method development as well as method transfer from single to triple quadrupole workflows.
