DNA分析仪主要用于基因分析研究:对包括病毒、微生物和人类在内的各种生物所拥有的基因信息进行分析。这些仪器可自动读取和分析包含生物体遗传信息的DNA碱基序列,特别是新一代测序仪,可以一次分析大量的基因序列,因此目前已被广泛应用。
然而,在制药和食品工业以及高等院校的小规模实验室中,也有对基因样本分析的需求,这种分析可以在短时间内以相对较低的成本进行。紧凑型基因分析仪可以满足这些研究场景的需求。
DNA sequencers are used in genetic analysis research: the analysis of the
genetic information possessed by all types of organisms, including viruses,
microbes and humans. The instruments are used to automatically read and analyze
the DNA base sequences that contain the organisms' genetic information.
Next-generation sequencers in particular can analyze a large volume of gene
sequences at once, and are now widely used. However, among small-scale research
facilities in the pharmaceutical and food industries and universities, there is
also a demand for gene sample analysis that can be performed in a short time and
at relatively low cost. Compact first-generation CE sequencers can meet the
needs of these research sites, and steady demand is expected.

The product also has an eco-friendly design that helps reduce CO2 emissions
during product use — the stage in the value chain that accounts for the majority
of the CO2 emissions and provides customers with a lesser environmental load.
Compact and easy-to-use Hitachi DS3000 supports versatile applications such as
gold-standard Sanger sequence like NGS confirmation and fragment analysis like
Short-Tandem-Repeat(STR) for microsatellite instability, human identification
and so on.
