应用及发表文章
沃特世淌度质谱推出后,在农药筛查领域、代谢组学和脂质组学领域、中药成分鉴定领域及蛋白结构领域都有很好的应用,相关文章曾多次发表于Nature、Science等顶级期刊。据统计,在目前淌度质谱发表的文章中,95%以上采用沃特世淌度质谱发表。 2016年,使用沃特世淌度质谱仪共发表223篇文章,可以说每一天半即会产生一篇相关文章!
在农残兽药筛查领域的应用

农药兽药筛查的基质复杂,所分析的目标化合物常常会受到基质的干扰,而降低了筛查的可信度。使用淌度质谱,我们不仅可以将目标物与基质干扰有效的分开,而且还可以将目标离子的CCS值做为筛查的参数之一应用到筛查领域(常规的是保留时间,质荷比和碎片离子)。沃特世淌度质谱有非常好的稳定性和重现性,其测得CCS 值在不同实验室的沃特世淌度质谱上有很好的重现性(如图所示的文章截图),保证了CCS值可以做为筛查的基本条件。

在代谢组学及脂质组学方面的应用

在代谢组学和脂质组学研究中,使用淌度质谱增加另一维的分离,不仅可以分离得到更多的离子,而且由于淌度质谱可以将干扰离子与目标物有效的分离,使得二级谱图质量更好,增加了鉴定的生物标记物的可信度。除此之外,我们还可以得到生物标记物的CCS值,为不同基质中同一个生物标记物的鉴定提供了定性的参数。

在分离同分异构体方面的应用

在日常分析实验过程中,总会碰到一些在液相上很难分离开的同分异构体,使用淌度质谱,可以将这些三维结构上有差异的同分异构体进行分离并进行结构鉴定。如图所示的西番莲属植物中荭草素和异红草的分离,这两个化合物在液相上很难分离,但是它们的三维结构存在差异,异荭草素的结构相对于荭草素的结构更伸展,因此使用淌度质谱得到了分离。

在蛋白质组学及高级结构研究中的应用
