一、ZF-2型紫外分析仪概况
ZF-2型紫外分析仪（配暗箱）是最新研制成功的新一代分析仪器。
ZF-2型紫外分析仪具有灵敏度高、使用方便、特别采用302NM波长对样品的破坏作用更小，是紫外分析仪的更新换代产品，它可适用于DNA、RNA电泳凝胶样品的观察，可检测蛋白质，核甘酸等，在制药工业中检查激素生物碱、维生素等能产生萤光的药品质量，对薄层分析，各种同功酶，纸层分析进行观察分析和摄影，并可作为PCR技术的专用仪器。
二、ZF-2型紫外分析仪仪器结构
ZF-2型紫外分析仪装有一组透射紫外光源供观察、分析和摄影用。并专门设计了一只暗箱，用户不需要暗室，即可对样品进行观察分析，暗箱上备有专门的相机安装装置，暗箱观察室上装有防紫外线玻璃，它滤去95%以上的紫外线。紫外透射分302nm；并配有白炽灯。

四、ZF-2型紫外分析仪使用说明
（一）、分析观察样品
将电泳好的凝胶样品或薄层、纸层样品放在仪器中央，开启“反射紫外灯”电源，调节反射紫外灯架高度与角度，使样品发出的萤光最清晰明亮。通常反射紫外离样品越近，则萤光越强。
（二）、拍摄样品照片
（1）打开“照明”白炽灯，利用白炽灯照明，调节照相高度及相机镜头使样品成像清晰。在相机前装上近摄接圈与PCR滤色镜。然后关闭“照明”白炽灯。
（2）开启透射紫外灯电源，进行拍摄，应根据不同的样品确定不同的曝光时间，以清晰满意的底片。
（三）注意：如使用时不用暗箱，必须在暗室内操作
