PaSER and CCS-aware 4D Informatics

We developed PaSER, which performs database searching in parallel with data acquisition in real-time on a high-speed timsTOF Pro mass spectrometer. In addition, with 4D proteomics by the timsTOF Pro, we have developed CCS-aware algorithms to improve the quality of the data analysis results.
