用途 Function

X射线晶体分析仪用于研究物质内部微观结构，如：单晶定向，检测缺陷，物质定性，测定点阵参数，测定残余应力等

F-2000 Model X-ray crystal analysis meter is used for inspect the inner micro structure unkown,for example: single crystal direction,inspecting flaw defects,fix the nature,measure the lattice  parameters,measure the remainder stress and others.

●PLC模块控制，设定参数，定时关机

冷却循环系统 Cooling system

自带制冷系统,无需外接循环水,并自动控制水温具有水温显示水压，水流量保护功能。

采用不锈钢水泵,噪音为20分贝,并避免水锈的产生,不使X射线管堵塞

There is cooling system in machine ,no need the external connection of recirculated water,and also display the temperature pressure of water AT the sometime ,protect the flow rate.

It adopts stainless steel pump whose noise is 20 DB who can avoid producing water rust in order to not block X-ray tube inserted

X射线防护罩 X-ray shield

●采用高密度,高透光性的铅玻璃作为X射线防护装置，外射线泄漏量不大于2.5μ sv/h

●X射线管靶材：Cu,Fe,Co,Cr,W,Mo任选其一

●额定功率：2KW

●焦点尺寸（mm）:点焦点（0.1 x0.1），线焦点（0.1 x0.1）

●额定电压：60KV

●额定电流：80mA

●可配置德拜相机、劳厄相机或其他型号国产进口相机。
