系统介绍：


Experimetria的离体心脏灌注系统，是专为小动物在恒定的压力和/或流动模式下进行心脏灌注实验（小鼠，大鼠，豚鼠和兔）而设计的。系统只需要一个小的工作台（bench top），它就可以提供Langendorff和离体心脏灌注模式下的所有需要的实验功能。整个系统形成一个恒温控制单元，其中包括四个水槽，一个独特的心脏悬浮模块和一个内置的0.1℃增量的自动调温器。灌流液水槽可存储4 *500毫升预热和充氧生理盐水，它们可以通过阀门连接以形成一个大的（2升）或两个中等的（2 * 1升）水槽，或者也可以单独使用它们。在后者的情况下，可连续地研究三种不同剂量（加控制）的药物的效果，可以同时或连续进行3或4种药物的研究。心脏悬浮模块可以被半自动的升起，心脏被固定，然后整个单元下沉到直接连接到12导联MAP传感器。由于这种设计，心悬浮液是非常容易的，因为有一个很大的操作空间。下沉心脏进入盐溶液后,MAP传感器可以调整到适当的位置，以适应电路连接。有不同大小的MAP传感器以适用于小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、猪和兔的心脏。灌流液的流动由配备8辊的Gilson-like蠕动泵驱动。流速由电子调整，以随时保持所需的压力（0-500毫米汞柱之间）。

在Langendorff灌流模式下，可以测量心脏收缩压、心率和左心室压力LVP；后者既可以由一个充满液体的气球导管和压力传感器实现，也可以由一个Millar Mikro-tip 压力导管实现。在工作的心脏灌注模式的心脏负荷下，模仿原位心脏手术的生理盐水的流量和压力特性，通过一个Millar Mikro-tip压力导管可以测量左心室压力LVP。作为一个额外的功能，使用force-displacement方法，可以测出肌张力和力及其变化，也可以测出化学或药物刺激。
