This product is suitable for the vacuum heat treatment of processes such as bubble removal, dehydration, hardening, and cleaning treatment in the production process of electronic products. It is especially suitable for the rapid and efficient drying of heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, easily oxidizable substances and complex components in a vacuum environment. Widely used in the research and application fields of lithium electronic batteries, LED optoelectronic components, crystal oscillators and other electronic products, as well as in biochemistry, chemical pharmaceuticals, medical, agriculture, and environmental protection.

※ The heating element is located on the interior partition of the box, which has higher heating efficiency and shorter heating time compared to traditional vacuum drying boxes (internal heating);
※ Using aluminum shelves made by special stamping process, it has the advantages of high temperature non-oxidation, fast heat conduction, and reduced heat loss;
※ Rectangular inner liner, can fully utilize space, microcomputer temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control;
※ Tempered bulletproof double-layer glass door to observe the objects inside the inner liner, clear at a glance, and can fill inert gas into the interior;
※ The tightness of the door can be adjusted by the user, and the overall molded silicone rubber door seal ensures high vacuum inside the box;
※ The inner liner is made of stainless steel plate, the outer shell of the box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed;
※ The alarm temperature point can be set according to experimental needs. When the temperature is too high or exceeds the set temperature, it will automatically alarm;
※ It has parameter memory protection against data loss caused by power failure or crash, and power recovery function;
※ Storage, heating, testing, and drying are all carried out in an environment without oxygen or filled with inert gas, which will not cause oxidation.
Product advantages
※ Under vacuum or inert conditions, the possibility of thermal explosion of oxides can be completely eliminated;
※ Compared with ordinary drying relying on air circulation, powdery samples will not be blown or moved by flowing air;
※ The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of liquids that need to be expelled, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive materials;
※ For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powdery or granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time;
※ Various complex mechanical parts or other porous samples, after cleaning and using vacuum drying method, will leave no residual impurities after complete drying.
Heating methods
※ Internal heating: independent temperature control, the partition cannot be extracted, the heating element is directly placed under the shelf, so there is no temperature deviation, more accurate measurement, more stable temperature control, and faster heating time than external heating.
※ External heating: The partition can be extracted, which is convenient for adjusting the internal height. The electric heating element is heated on the outer wall of the inner liner, there is no vacuum discharge problem, and no other electrical (such as short circuit, carbon deposition, etc.) problems, and the production is safe and reliable.
Recommended selection
※ 250℃≤ operating temperature ≤300℃, U/UL series can be selected;
※ 300℃≤ operating temperature ≤350℃, C/CL series can be selected;
Condensing dryer (optional configuration) can collect the water vapor discharged from the vacuum drying box, greatly reduce the steam intake of the vacuum pump, and extend the service life of the vacuum pump.
