氧气过透率测试仪功能用途

氧气过透率测试仪依据GB/T 19789-2005设计和制造，采用库仑电量法原理。适用于塑料薄膜、片材及塑料瓶袋等包装容器在空气中或纯氧中的透氧性测试。

氧气过透率测试仪测试原理
电量法原理，国际流行测试方法，测试腔分上下两部分，薄膜固定在中间，高纯氧气在薄膜的上腔流动，高纯氮气在薄膜的下腔流动，氧分子透过薄膜扩散到另一侧的氮气中，被流动的氮气携带至传感器，通过对传感器测量到的氧气浓度进行分析，从而计算出氧气透过量。对于包装容器而言，氮气则在容器内流动，空气或高纯氧气包围在容器的外侧。
