Selekt升级了zei大的耐受压力和流速，zei大流速可达300ml/min，同时zei大压力升级为30bar，保证了Selekt拥有更多的拓展应用能力，可进行部分高压制备液相（Prep HPLC）的工作，可支持10um填料粒径的应用。Selekt不仅可以完成常用的正反相制备纯化，同时也可支持离子交换，凝胶色谱等样品的纯化分离，支持从小分子到大分子的所有纯化类型，大大拓展了应用范围。
