The MassARRAY Analyzer 4 system is ofered in several confgurations to meet your throughput needs. A 384-well system is intended for higher-throughput laboratories with a capacity of up to 138,000 genotypes per day. The 96-well system is specifcally designed to address the needs of low to mid-throughput labs, and is ideally suited for experiments involving fewer than 30,000 genotypes per day (see table). 一、技术规格
#1.检测原理:基于飞行质谱技术进行四种核苷酸分型;
2.检测范围:可对4-30bp核酸片段进行分子量和拷贝数测定;
3.采集速度:检测和分析384个样本≤60分钟;
#4.检测通量灵活性:8小时内可检测3000个样本。单次操作可选用最低1个、最高384个反应孔,剩余反应孔可以分多次使用;
*5.分型软件:全自动实时数据获取和分析,直接提供分析结果,即SNP位点的核酸组成如纯合子(AA或CC)或杂合子(AC);
6.配置自动机械臂,将纳升级液体从PCR样品板转移到相应的微阵列检测芯片上,供检测仪阅读。
7.自动机械臂转移速度:10分钟内可转移384份样本;
