(1) Instrument can measure attenuation spectra well beyond 60 vol %, but theory for computing PSD from this data is limited to 60 vol %. The isoelectric pH is accurate over the entire range, however, some decrease in the absolute value of zeta potential may be experienced as one approaches the volume fraction limits.(3) In calculating the particle size the important viscosity is that experienced by the particle as it moves in response to the sound wave.
