SpectraMax Gemini EM 荧光酶标仪 

 Molecular Devices公司生产的荧光酶标仪SpectraMax Gemini EM能确定较佳的激发波长和发射波长,可以在大多数荧光强度实验检测中应用灵活的实验条件。荧光酶标仪SpectraMax Gemini EM采用双光栅连续光谱设计,可以检测各种新颖的荧光染料而无须另外购买昂贵的滤光片。每个荧光酶标仪SpectraMax Gemini EM系统包含有SoftMax Pro软件,可提供完善的数据分析。可选配的SpectraTestTM FL1验证包自动验证读板机的性能。此外还有软件验证包、IQ/OQ/PQ验证包和FDA 21 CFR Part11契合协议。

使用荧光酶标仪SpectraMax Gemini EM系统,用户无须担心是否拥有合适的滤光片。该系统使用2个光栅单色器可以根据所选用的荧光染料的特性来扫描确定较佳的激发波长和发射波长设定。此外,文献上单色器设定的参考值也可方便的输入。当实验方法或荧光染料改变时,只需几个软件操作命令就可调节仪器设定。无须因为要使用新的荧光染料而另外购买滤光片。当所选的荧光染料的较佳检测波长未知时,SpectraMax Gemini EM可以分别扫描激发光谱和发射光谱来确定较佳的检测设定。

荧光酶标仪SpectraMax Gemini EM周全的顶部测读和底部测读光路设计不但可应用普通均相实验还可应用于细胞实验的检测。只需在软件中单击底读选项,仪器自动从顶读模式转换到底读模式。

通过单孔多点扫描,每孔可测读多个点,应用于细胞实验可获得高等级的灵敏度。SpectraMax Gemini EM还可以应用膜穿透微孔板来对趋药性膜穿透细胞实验进行优化。
