步骤4：光栅选择
为标准系列单色仪选择光栅时，需要考虑三个基本参数
A）所需波长范围
可用的波长范围取决于所选的光栅凹槽密度和单色仪的角度机械限制。
B）光栅效率
可以烧出直纹光栅以增加其在特定波长带上的效率。 全息光栅可以被调制，使得它们在某些波长比在其他波长更有效。 光栅效率曲线是确定适用于您的应用的最有效光栅的工具。 重要的是要注意，光栅效率曲线并不代表在单色仪中使用光栅时应预期的确切效率，因为光栅效率曲线是在Littrow角处拍摄的。
C）所需的分辨率和带宽
分辨率是衡量仪器分离相邻光谱线的能力的指标。 分辨率通常以nm为单位。 带宽（或带通）是任一时间落在输出端口上的波长范围，也以nm为单位。 当在单色仪的输出端口上集成线性阵列或CCD之类的摄像机时，这是一个重要的参数。
