【技术特点】-- 赛默飞TRITON Plus 多接收热电离质谱仪

使用 Thermo Scientific™ TRITON™ Plus 多接收热电离质谱仪 (TIMS),获得固体样品的高精确度的同位素比测量结果。 拥有完善的热电离离子源和可根据应用进行配置的独特可变多接收器系统,TRITON Plus TIMS 系统是地质样品定年和监控核材料同位素组成的理想之选。 其以出色的灵敏度、动态范围、线性和稳定性实现以上功能。  


高性能离子源和光学元件

 

  • 热电离离子源具有很小的离子动能色散(~0.5 eV),因此,单聚焦几何系统对于角度偏向聚焦是完全足够的

  • 10 kV 离子源加速电压提供了卓越的灵敏度

  • 飞行路径上的导流板能捕捉任何偏离的离子,保证壁面产生的散射zei小

  • 离子光学系统对单灯丝和双灯丝技术的离子传输都进行了zei大优化

  • 样品盘可装21个单灯丝或双灯丝架,灯丝架可以不用任何工具方便的进行更换


基于35年以上在多接收仪器方面的经验,我们开发了zei新一代热电离质谱仪(TIMS)Thermo Scientific TRITON Plus。
它把崭新的、革命性的功能比如双RPQ和微型离散打拿极式多离子计数倍增器等融进了Thermo Scientific TRITON的成熟技术中。
TRITONTM  Plus  TIMS代表了多接收TIMS技术重要的进步,它为地学、核科学等许多学科打开了新的应用大门。



Thermo Scientific TRITON Plus 热电离质谱仪为高精度TIMS同位素比分析设定了全新的标准。它以TRITON卓越的稳定性和尖端的技术为基础:高通量、可变多接收器、变焦光学系统和多接收离子计数器。新的功能包括双RPQ、线性极宽的多接收离散打拿极式电子倍增器等。为地球科学、核科学等许多学科打开了新的应用大门。

   TRITON Plus主要特点:

  · 虚拟放大器:在虚拟放大器概念中,所有信号都使用同一组放大器测量并被用于同位素比的测量,完全消除了不同放大器之间的校准偏差,为高精度同位素比分析建立了新的标准;

  · 可切换放大器:Thermo Fisher提供安装1010Ω/1011Ω /1012Ω /1013Ω不同的放大器电阻,zei多可同时安装10个不同的放大器,且放大器与法拉第杯之间的连接是软件控制的,用户可根据分析要求自由的进行放大器配置;

  · 高丰度灵敏度:TRITON Pluszei多可安装两个RPQ来担当高选择性的消除不同能量和飞行角度的离子过滤器。使用RPQ,TRITON Plus的丰度灵敏度可以降低两个数量级。

  

  High-Performance Ion Source and Optics高性能离子源和光学

  •   Thermal ionization source with a very small kinetic energy spread (~0.5eV) means a single focusing geometry that focuses for angular divergence only is fully sufficient

  •   10kV ion source acceleration potential provides optimum sensitivity

  •   Flight path baffles catch any diverging ions and minimize scattering at the side walls

  •   Ion optics have been optimized for maximum ion transmission for both single and double filament techniques

  •   Sample turret holds 21 single or double filaments that can be easily exchanged without tools

  

Flexible, Complete Collector Packages

  Optimized collector packages are available for specific applications such as Os, Pb-U, U-series. Packages consist of application-dependent combinations of multiple electron multipliers, dual detectors (Faraday/electron multiplier) and RPQs.

  •   High-performance Faraday cups are laser machined from solid carbon to guarantee uniform response, high linearity, low noise, and long lifetimes; they completely eliminate the need for cup factors

  •   Virtual amplifier concept uses all amplifiers to measure all Faraday cup signals, effectively cancelling out all amplifier calibration biases and maximizing measurement precision

  •   Tera-ohm feedback resistors improve signal-to-noise ratios two to three fold

  •   Up to 10 current amplifiers with independent gains can be installed simultaneously

  •   Software control of the amplifier/Faraday cup connections allows amplifier configuration to be configured to the needs of each experiment and its required precision

  •   Multi-ion counting (MIC) arrays of discrete-dynode electron multipliers provide ultimate detection efficiency for small sample amounts

  •   Up to eight discrete-dynode electron multipliers can be installed at one time

  

Sophisticated Software Control

  •   Software supports fully automated sample manipulation and configurable and automated filament heating procedures

  •   Automated pyrometer readout of filament temperature

  •   Cup configuration editor is used to define and select cup configurations

  •   Method editor enables the user to set up measurement procedures, including static, multidynamic, and fast single-collector peak jumping strategies, and sample heating programs

  •   On-line and off-line data evaluation packages are available, including statistical capabilities and display of the results in spreadsheet or graphical form

  •   User has access to all raw data and can monitor the results on-line during the analysis

  •   Software allows a selection of the data to be evaluated and exported and also supports automated report generation of analytical results

  •   Scripting language based on C programming language allows modification of existing procedures
