三. HL-3、HL-4恒流泵使用方法：
1. 使用时先将泵体与控制箱通过连接插头连接起来，然后将“调速”
旋钮向左旋至低速位置。
2. 插上电源，按“电源”开关，指示灯应亮，慢慢旋转“调速”旋钮，泵头旋转，速度应加快，电压表读数也随之增大。
电压表读数越大，泵头旋转速度就越快，流量也越大，反之则相反。
3. 拧下泵盖螺钉，取下泵盖把硅胶管装入槽内，盖上泵盖并拧紧螺钉，适当调节调压板（即泵头上的滑动板）后面的调压
螺钉，一般只要调节到有液体流动即可。
4. 预测流量，排除硅胶管内的空气后，用量杯可预测流量，再通过调节“调速”旋钮得到您需要的流量，流量确定后请记
住电压表的读数。
5. 使用“顺/逆”开关，可以改变液流方向，使加液改变为抽液，加压变为减压。（换向时请关闭电源）
四. HL-3、HL-4恒流泵注意事项：
1. 仪器控制箱应放在通风之处，有利于散热。
2. 仪器在使用期间，应随时注意硅胶管是否完好，一般在中速情况下运转为佳，当发现硅胶管使用老化时，应及时更换。当仪器开始运转时，硅胶管可能有向一端拱起现象，用手拉直即可，并压紧泵盖螺钉。
3. 使用时调压板不要拧得太紧，以免“轧死”泵头，一般调到有液体流出即可。在泵头内的一部分硅胶管应涂上润滑油，以延长其使用寿命。
4. 泵头在快速运转中，切勿按动“顺/逆”开关换向。若要换向，则先关机或将转速调慢后再按“顺/逆”开关，换向后再将速度调至原来的转速。
5. 恒流泵长期不用时，请把硅胶管从泵头中取出，可延长其使用寿命。硅胶管是易损物品，使用一段时间后请及时更换。不然会造成漏液，损坏仪器！
