BCEIA2019学术报告会大会报告出炉！精彩内容抢先看

　　业界人士翘首以盼的第十八届北京分析测试学术报告会暨展览会（BCEIA2019）将于2019年10月23-26日在北京•国家会议中心举行。本届展会将继续坚持“分析科学创造未来”的方向，围绕“生命生活生态——面向绿色未来”的主题组织学术报告会、专题论坛和仪器展。

　　本届大会主席由中华人民共和国科学技术部原副部长程津培院士担任，学术委员会主席由南京大学陈洪渊院士担任。会议将邀请波士顿大学Catherine E Costello教授、美国圣母大学Norman J.Dovichi教授等10位国内外知名学者做大会报告，介绍国际前沿新技术、新方法、新成果。同时召开电子显微学及材料科学、质谱学、光谱学、色谱学、磁共振波谱学、电分析化学、生命科学中的分析技术、环境分析、化学计量与标准物质以及标记免疫分析10个分会报告会。根据当前热点组织专题论坛、同期会议等，更好的促进专家、学者及企业的广泛交流，提高我国分析科学的发展。

　　BCEIA2019同期展览会，新增展览面积9000m²，总展览面积35000m²，以展示世界各国分析测试领域新技术方法、新仪器设备、零部件等。同时，还将继续设立国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项展，新增地方科学仪器开发专项专区，集中展示各专项实施以来取得的阶段性成果。

报告题目： In-situ Electron Microscopy Towards Materials Design And Functional Evolution

　　张泽院士，浙江大学材料科学与工程学院教授，浙江大学学术委员会主任，是材料科学和晶体结构专家，长期从事准晶、低维纳米材料等电子显微结构研究，科研能力强，学风严谨，学术造诣深。他将原子层次显微结构分析与材料科学中重要问题相结合，系统研究和解決了准晶、低维纳米材料等国际材料科学的一些重要问题，取得了创造性研究成果。现任国家重大基础研究项目（973）首席科学家、国家自然科学基金委员会数学物理科学部第四届专家咨询委员会委员、中国分析测试协会理事长、中国电子显微镜学会理事长、中国物理学会、中国材料研究学会和中国创新方法研究会副理事长、中国晶体学会常务理事。

报告题目：Mass Spectrometric Investigations of Molecular

　　Catherine E. Costello is a Professor in the Dept. of Biochemistry, Boston University. She founded the BU School of Medicine Center for Biomedical Mass Spectrometry in 1994. Her research centers on development and application of Ms-based methods to study glycobiology, protein post-translational modifications and folding disorders, cardiovascular and infectious diseases, and bioactive lipids. She has authored -350 scientific papers. She is President of the International Mass Spectrometry Foundation, a member of the Boards of Directors of US-HUPO and the Malta Conferences Foundation, a Councilor of the American Chemical Society, and a member of several editorial and advisory boards. She served as President of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (2002-04) and President of the Human Proteome Organization (2011-12). She has received the HUPO Awards for Discovery in Proteomics and Contributions to Proteomics, the IMSF Thomson Medal and the ACS Field and Franklin Award, and is an ACS Fellow

报告题目：The road to industrialization of graphene

　　刘忠范院士，现任北京石墨烯研究院院长。主要从事纳米碳材料、二维原子晶体材料和纳米化学研究，在石墨烯、碳纳米管的化学气相沉积生长方法研究领域做出了一系列开拓性和引领性的工作，是国际上具有代表性的纳米碳材料研究团队之一。发表SC1检索学术论文560余篇；申请中国发明ZL105项；获授权37项近年来在石墨烯研究领域不断取得重要突破。曾获日中科技交流协会“有山兼孝纪念研究奖”（1992）、国家杰出青年科学基金（1994）、香港求是科技基金会杰出青年学者奖（1997）、中国分析测试协会科学技术奖一等奖（2005）、教育部高等学校科学技术奖自然科学一等奖（2007）、国家自然科学二等奖（2008）、中国化学会－阿克苏诺贝尔化学奖（2012）、宝钢优秀教师特等奖（2012）、日本化学会胶体与界面化学年会Lectureship Award（2016）、北京大学方正教师特别奖（2016）、“北京市优秀教师”称号（2017）、国家自然科学二等奖（2017）、ACS Nano Lectureship Award（2018）等。

　　Norman Dovichi ，美国圣母诺特丹大学教授， Analytical Chemistry 副主编。研究领域包括DNA测序、生物单分子检测和蛋白质高分辨分离分析的新技术和新方法等。提出了基于96通道毛细管电泳的第一代基因测序技术，推动了了人类基因组计划的完成。曾获：美国电泳协会终身成就奖2018；美国化学会分析化学部光谱化学分析奖2003；化学仪器奖

　　1996；分析化学家协会分析化学奖2013；加拿大化学会 Fisher奖1998。

报告题目：Human Frataxin and its Role in iron Delivery during Biosynthesis of Iron-Sulfr Clusters

　　John Markely是美国威斯康星－麦迪逊大学教授，斯坦博克名誉教授， NMRFAM和BMRB主任。主要从事生物核磁共振方向的研究，专注于液体核磁共振解析生物大分子复合物的方法学和结构分析，目前已发表超过250篇学术论文。 Markey教授组织成立了著名的生物核磁数据库（www.bmrb.wisc.edu），是目前最为广泛使用的生物大分子核磁共振数据库，收录了上万个生物大分子的核磁数据。 Markey教授是包括 Nature杂志在内的十余个高水平国际期刊的编委。他在数十个国际专业组织中担任或曾经担任学术顾问，获得多项学术奖励。

　　孙世刚院士，厦门大学化学系，研究方向是谱学电化学，表面电化学，电催化、纳米材料、能源电化学等现任教育部科学技术委员会学风建设委员会委员，化学化工学部常务副主任，中国化学会常务理事，中国微米纳米技术学会常务理事，固体表面物理化学国家重点实验室学术委员会主任，973计划能源科学领域专家咨询组成员，任国际 Electro chimica Acta副主编、J． Electroanal．Chem．， Function a Materials Letters International J. Anal chem．和国内《应用化学》编委，《物理化学学报》和《光谱学与光谱分析》副主编、《电化学》主编于2005和2007年分别当选英国皇家化学会会士和国际电化学会会士。

报告题目：Functional DNA Nanotechnology and its Applications in Environmental Monitoring, Medical Diagnostics and Imaging

　　陆艺教授，美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校化学系、生物化学系、材料科学及工程系、生物工程系终身教授，HHMI教授；在伊利诺伊大学 Beckman研究所、生物物理及定量生物学研究所、生物基因组学研究所生物系统设计方向、纳米技术及精准药物方向任职。研究领域集中在生物合成化学及催化蛋白的机制以及应用，包括金属蛋白催化剂模拟、信息化预测蛋白活性、多种蛋白质的氧化还原电势调节、电子传递蛋白改造、氮氧化物还原酶应用等。研究工作得到了美国国立卫生研究院、美国自然科学基金、能源部资助，在 Nature、 Science、JACS、PNAS、 Nature Chemistry、 Nature Nanotech gy等期刊发表论文330余篇，获得ZL30项，论文引用超过20，000次。获得多项科研及教学奖项，包括英国皇家化学学会应用无机化学奖、英国皇家化学会会员、美国科学促进协会会员、Jay and Ann Schenck 教授、优秀教学奖等，从2015到2018年，连续四年被汤森路透列入“高被引用科学家”名单。

报告题目：Analytical advances enabling environmental health resarch

　　University of Alberta, Canada. Prof.Chris Le is Distinguished University Professor and Canada Research Chair in Bioanalytical Technology and Environmental Health. University of Alberta. He is Director of the Analytical and Environmental Toxicology Division, University of Alberta.

　　Dr. Le received his PH.D. in Environmental/Analytical Chemistry from the University of British Columbia(1990-1993). He was recruited to the Faculty of Medicine in 1995 and was promoted through the ranks to Professor in 2003. He was elected Fellow of the Chemical Institute of Canada(2001), Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry(UK)(2016), and Fellow of the Academy of Science, Royal Society of Canada(2010). He is an Associate Editor for Environmental Health Perspectives and Editor-in-chief for Journal of Environmental Sciences.

　　His group actively pursues research involving bioanalytical chemistry and environmental health sciences. The ultrasensitive techiques and assays enable studies of the environment and human health

报告题目：Redefinition of the SI-Mole

　　Bernd Güttler studied mineralogy at Leibnitz University Hannover, Germany and received his Ph.D in crystal physics in 1988 also in Hannover. Between 1987-1989 he was working as a research scientist on phase transition phenomena in solids at University of Cambridge, UK in the Department of Earth Sciences and later in the Interdisciplinary Research Centre (IRC) in Supercon ductivity at the Cavendish.

　　Laboratories at the same place. He joint PTB in 1990 and worked on solid state chemistry of functional materials. In 2002 he became responsible for the Department for Metrology in Chemistry. Since 2015 he is Head of Division for Chemical Physics and Explosion Protection at PTB. In Germany he is also coordinating a national network for metrology in chemistry comprising PTB and the Federal Institute for Material Research and Testing (BAM), the German Environmental Agency(UBA), the Federal Institute of Consumer Protection and Food Safety(BVL) and the German Society for Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (DGKL).

　　Bernd Güttler is representing PTB at the Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance: Metrology in Chemistry and Biology of the Meter Convention and is chairman of the Working Group on the Mole. He is also national contact person in the Technical Committee for Metrology in Chemistry (Tc-mc) of the European metrology organisation EURAMET and was chairman of this committee between 2007-2011. He also has a teaching position for Metrology in Chemistry at University of Braunschweig, Germany
