加拿大批准乙酸钾与二乙酸钾用于部分肉禽产品
食品伙伴网讯 据加拿大卫生部消息，近日加拿大卫生部发布通告，更新防腐剂列表，批准乙酸钾与二乙酸钾用于部分肉禽产品。本次修订自10月21日生效。
加拿大卫生部于6月7日发布相关提案，并征求意见。经过评估，加拿大卫生部认为，乙酸钾与二乙酸钾用于部分肉禽产品是安全的。

Health Canada evaluated two food additive submissions, one seeking approval for the use of potassium acetate and potassium diacetate and the second for the use of only potassium acetate. In each submission, potassium acetate and potassium diacetate were requested for use as antimicrobial preservatives in various meat and poultry products.
Health Canada determined that the available scientific data support the safety and efficacy of potassium acetate and potassium diacetate for their requested use in these foods.
