重要新闻！复旦大学张颖/张文宏的文章被撤回
乙型肝炎病毒 X 蛋白 (HBx) 已被证实通过多种途径参与 HBV 相关肝细胞癌 (HCC) 的发展。癌蛋白星形胶质细胞升高基因 1 (AEG-1) 在包括 HCC 在内的各种肿瘤中过度表达，并在促进细胞迁移和侵袭中发挥关键作用。然而，肿瘤中 AEG-1 上调的机制在很大程度上是未知的。
2014年7月22日，复旦大学张颖及张文宏共同通讯在DNA and Cell Biology 在线发表题为“HBx elevates oncoprotein AEG-1 expression to promote cell migration by downregulating miR-375 and miR-136 in malignant hepatocytes”的研究论文，该研究表明 miR-375 和 miR-136 可能在 HBV 相关的 HCC 中具有基于 miRNA 的治疗潜力。
由于该文章被质疑图片涉嫌重复使用，2021年9月27日，该文章进行了纠正，同时将图片进行了替换。但是，在2021年10月6日，该文章被撤回，主要原因是重复实验不是在原始实验时生成的，是不被允许的。
在该期刊发表了对文章的发表后更正后[1]，在重新审视了 STM 最近发布的指导方针[2]：推进可信研究后，又进行了额外的考虑。这些建议表明，如果复制实验不是在原始实验时生成的，则不被允许[3]。
