第二届美国华人质谱学会（CASMS）学术研讨会暨展览会的会议主题是“Advancing Biological and Pharmaceutical Mass Spectrometry”（推动质谱在生物与药物领域的技术应用发展），会议将举办两场主旨大会和14场专题讨论会。专题研讨会将侧重于蛋白质组学与生物质谱，代谢脂质组学与药物质谱两个主题，还将举办4场关于职场发展和前沿技术的研讨会，共邀请超过60位来自美国、加拿大、中国、荷兰以及新加坡等国家的科研学界以及工业界的杰出研究人员带来精彩演讲。

青年研究员奖项征集：
该奖项旨在表彰质谱领域的新星和杰出研究人员。该奖项旨在识别和表彰在早期职业生涯中产生重大影响的年轻科学家。来自学术界、工业界及政府实验室等各主要界别的候选人均有机会。获奖者的评选结果将在美国华人质谱学会（CASMS）年会上公布。2022年的获奖者将分别获得500美元的现金奖励和一块表彰牌，并将被邀请在第二届美国华人质谱学会（CASMS）学术研讨展览会(2022年10月17日至21日)上发表获奖演讲。
CASMS Young Investigator Award:
This award aims to recognize rising stars and outstanding researchers in the field of mass spectrometry. The award is designed to identify and acknowledge young scientists who have made a significant impact in their early career stage. Candidates from all major sectors including academia, industry and government laboratories will be considered. The selection of awardees will be announced at the CASMS Annual Conference. The 2022 awardees will each receive a $500 cash award and a recognition plaque, and will be invited to present an award lecture at the 2nd CASMS annual conference (October 17-21, 2022).

Nominee Eligibility:
Nominees must be current CASMS members who are within 10 years of receiving the Ph.D. in the year the nomination is considered.

Selection Criteria:
- Academic and scientific accomplishments
- Original contributions to the field
- Significance, innovation and impact of the work
- Relevance to the mission of CASMS

How to Submit:
- The nomination package should be submitted online by the nominator at https://www.casms.org/index.php/award by August 12, 2022.
