Scope

This standard stipulates the fire safety responsibilities of property rights parties, users and unified management units in the fire safety management of multi-property buildings, and proposes corresponding management measures for the fire safety management of multi-property buildings. This standard applies to fire safety management of multi-property buildings. The fire safety management of single-property multi-user buildings may refer to this standard.
