近红外二区成像技术具有无辐射、信号穿透更深、生物组织吸收和散射更少、分辨率更高等优势，近年来逐渐成为光学成像，尤其是活体光学成像的研究前沿。利用近红外二区荧光进行成像能够获得更深的成像深度和更高的分辨率，且具有较低的自体荧光，使得近红外二区荧光分子成像具有更高的信背比，更利于开展血流的实时超快速监测、脑损伤检测、高分辨率脑血管成像、高分辨率淋巴结成像等，这些使得近红外二区荧光成像技术在基础研究和临床上有着广泛的应用。 近红外二区荧光成像技术呈现出的影像质量，直接影响到诊断检查结果的准确性，继而影响治疗措施的准确性，因此做好近红外二区荧光成像技术影像质量评价和控制工作至关重要。然而近红外二区荧光成像技术影像质量评价和控制方面，目前尚无相应的标准对成像质量进行评价。因此迫切需要对近红外二区荧光成像质量的评定形成统一标准。 本文件就“近红外二区荧光成像技术 影像质量评价规范”制定通用要求，以规范近红外二区荧光成像的应用，促进其技术发展，并推动近红外二区荧光成像技术在临床上的应用。

新辅助治疗是当前局部进展期直肠癌诊疗中不可或缺的术前治疗方案，用于对肿瘤进行局部控制，实现降期、降级，从而提高患者获益。但由于肿瘤异质性、化疗抵抗等原因，不同患者的直肠癌病灶的新辅助治疗疗效存在巨大个体化差异，目前临床对直肠癌新辅助治疗的短期疗效和长期疗效均尚无可靠的指标进行预测。影像组学肿瘤量化分析与建模方法充分发挥直肠癌磁共振影像优势，从治疗前肿瘤异质性分析角度区分治疗敏感人群。当前大量研究进行了利用磁共振影像组学模型预测局部进展期直肠癌患者新辅助疗效的回顾性或前瞻性应用，但是模型构建过程及评估方式尚未得到统一，对临床的转化应用带来挑战。更加规范的模型构建与实验方法将促进相关技术临床转化与应用，进而提高局部进展期直肠癌患者的新辅助治疗获益。
