4　基本要求 4.1　原则 4.1.1　遵纪守法 应以维护国家利益和社会公共利益为准绳，遵守国家、地方和行业相关法律法规和政策，遵守相关组织的各项规章制度。 4.1.2　诚实守信 应提供客观和公正的服务，保证服务的准确性、真实性和完整性，保障客户信息安全，公平竞争，实事求是，全面履行承诺。 4.1.3　勤勉尽责 应热爱事业，恪守职业操守，严谨求实，钻研业务，奋发进取，做好本职工作。 4.1.4　保守秘密 应保守委托人和相关组织的商业秘密，维护、尊重其知识产权及合法权益。 4.1.5　竞业避止 应保守所服务组织和曾经服务过组织的商业秘密，并尊重其知识产权，依据与组织订立的契约，回避同业不正当竞争。 4.1.6　廉洁自律 应公私分明，正确处理职业权利与职业义务的关系。 4.2　从业要求 涉外法务人员从业要求应符合以下要求： a)英语专业八级或同等英语能力及以上，具备良好的英语书面和口语能力； b)独立提出法律意见和建议，不因任何组织、个人的干涉，而影响其独立判断； c)严格保守秘密，非因法定事由，在取得所服务组织授权或者相关信息公开之前，不应向任何第三人泄露因顾问工作而知晓的商业秘密及内部事务； d)结合涉外单位的需求及GB/T 27914-2011的相关要求，为所服务组织分析并提供周全的服务方案。 5　能力要求 5.1　知识要求 涉外法务人员应具备的知识要求，详见表1。 表1　知识要求 类别　初级　中级　高级
