(一)范围 本标准主要规定了智能交通专业领域内团体标准体系表构成与编制总体要求以及团体标准体系结构图、标准明细表、标准统计表、团体标准体系表编制说明的编制导则。 本标准适用于北京市智能交通协会团体标准体系表的编制,其他社会团体的团体标准体系表的编制可参照使用。 (二)术语 GB/T 4754—2017、GB/T 13016—2018、GB/T 20000.1、GB/T 20004.1—2016界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。 (三)标准体系结构图 (1)标准体系结构图的整体结构要求 智能交通团体标准体系包括基础标准、服务标准、技术标准、产品标准等4个子体系。 标准子体系编号由标准子体系名称代号和标准子体系顺序号2部分构成。标准子体系名称代号用其名称汉语拼音首字母表示,标准子体系顺序号用3位阿拉伯数字表示。 (2)基础标准子体系要求 基础标准子体系主要包括术语与符号、分类与代码、数据资源、通用规则等4个类别,每个类别由若干项标准组成,也可根据具体需求增加新的标准类别。 (3)服务标准子体系要求 服务标准子体系主要包括运行监测、应急处置、出行服务、运输组织等4个类别,也可根据具体需求增加新的标准类别。 (4)技术标准子体系要求 技术标准子体系主要包括数据采集、数据交换、数据治理与应用、信息安全等4个类别,也可根据具体需求增加新的标准类别。 (5)产品标准子体系要求 产品标准子体系主要包括信息系统、终端设备、测试等3个类别,也可根据具体需求增加新的标准类别。 (四)标准明细表 标准明细表应根据团体标准化管理的需要而设定,其表头应描述标准明细的不同属性:通常包括序号、标准体系编号、标准号、标准名称、实施日期、被代替标准号或作废、备注。标准明细表应根据社会团体标准体系的变化情况及时进行调整 。 (五)标准统计表 按照GB/T 13016—2018的规定,标准统计表的格式应根据统计目的设置不同的标准类别及统计项。标准统计表应根据标准明细表的变化情况及时调整。

This document specifies the data communication concepts applicable to the data requirements of the transport community. It also includes the regulatory authorities related to freight and its intermodal transfer to participate in common reporting. Data communication concepts include information entities (data elements), aggregated/associated information entities (groups of data elements) and messages that comprise information exchanges at transport interfaces along the chain of participants responsible for the delivery of goods from the point of origin through to the final recipient. This includes all transport entities carrying the cargo as well as the documents and information required to facilitate the cargo movement. This document focuses on a single "thread" of the overall end-to-end supply chain. It includes motor transport data needs within the international supply chain to satisfy the requirements of both businesses and governmental organizations on business to business (B2B), business to government (B2G), government to business (G2B) and government to government (G2G) relationships. This document is applicable to shipments that originate in one country and terminate in another. It can also be applied to shipments that originate and terminate in a single country. This document is applicable to freight movements that interface with other modes and incorporates interface requirements set for those other modes. This document is also designed to incorporate the elements of the Govcbr message (a message developed by the World Customs organization, WCO, that can facilitate data exchange but can potentially not apply to all parties throughout the supply chain) and have them apply across the whole supply-chain, on a global basis. This document does not constrain the requirements of customs, regulatory and safety bodies at border crossings but does include the data elements likely to be required by customs authorities and other governmental bodies within a single window environment or within a port community system environment.

ISO 19237:2017 specifies the concept of operation, minimum functionality, system requirements, system interfaces, and test procedures for Pedestrian Detection and Collision Mitigation Systems (PDCMS). It specifies the behaviours that are required for PDCMS, and the system test criteria necessary to verify that a given implementation meets the requirements of this document. Implementation choices are left to system designers wherever possible. PDCMS reduce the severity of pedestrian collisions that cannot be avoided, and may reduce the likelihood of fatality and severity of injury. PDCMS require information about range to pedestrians, motion of pedestrians, motion of the subject vehicle (SV), driver commands and driver actions. PDCMS detect pedestrians ahead of time, determine if detected pedestrians represent a hazardous condition, and warn the driver if a hazard exists. PDCMS estimate if the driver has an adequate opportunity to respond to the hazard. If there is inadequate time available for the driver to respond, and if appropriate criteria are met, PDCMS determine that a collision is imminent. Based upon this assessment, PDCMS will activate CWs and vehicle brakes to mitigate collision severity. This document, while not a collision avoidance standard, does not preclude a manufacturer from implementing collision avoidance with PDCMS. Systems that include other countermeasures such as evasive steering are not within the scope of this document. Responsibility for the safe operation of the vehicle remains with the driver. ISO 19237:2017 applies to light duty passenger vehicles (see 3.6). It does not apply to other vehicle categories such as heavy vehicles or motorcycles. PDCMS are not intended for off-road use.
