ISO 6460-2:2014 defines test cycles for measurement for the gaseous exhaust emissions from motorcycles, as well as for determining the fuel consumption of motorcycles as defined in ISO 3833, equipped with a spark ignition engine (four-stroke engine, two-stroke engine, or rotary piston engine) or a compression ignition engine. The test cycle 1 is equivalent to the test cycle specified in the European Union Commission Directive 2003/77/EC[6] and the test cycle 2 is equivalent to the test cycle specified in global technical regulations No.2 (WMTC), United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, ECE/TRANS/180/Add.2[9]. A selection of other test cycles adopted or to be adopted by several countries is described in Annex C for information purpose.

基本要求 待检设备应满足相关安全技术规范或标准的安全性能要求。 待检设备应充分预热,处于正常工作状态。 检验前采用三次自由加速过程或其他等效方法吹拂排气系统。 混合动力柴油叉车,应在柴油机工作模式下进行排气烟度检测。 外部检验 外部检验主要内容应包括但不限于以下内容: a)受检车辆是否存在严重冒黑烟现象; b)排气污染控制装置是否齐全、正常; c)受检车辆的工作状况是否良好; d)受检车辆的仪表是否正常工作; e)车辆上动力源于柴油发动机的暖风、空调等附属设备是否关闭; f)柴油机进排气系统是否有泄漏现象; g)柴油机系统是否有明显的液体泄漏; h)有无可能影响安全和引起测试偏差的机械故障。 以上检验内容的第(a)、(b)项为否决项,只要其中有一项不合格,则外部检验判定为不合格,本次检验结束。其余外部检验项目根据车辆的实际情况进行检验,并现场记录实际情况,如检验人员发现有影响排气烟度的重大事项,则判定为不合格,本次检验结束。 对排气烟度检验不合格车辆,用户可进行修理或尾气治理,然后再次申请检验。 检验方法 6.3.1 校零 林格曼黑度检测前应使用0级黑度板校零;不透光烟度检测前应校零。 注:检测装置在排气取样不插管状态下使用0级黑度板检测,示值若为非零值,需人为或自动调整示值为零,此过程为校零。 6.3.2 排气取样 将检测装置探头放入待检柴油叉车排气管或延长管尾部且插入直段最深处,并与排气管或其延长管保持同轴线。连接检测装置的采样管应尽可能短,管路应从取样点倾斜向上至检测装置进气口,且应避免会使碳烟积聚的急弯。 6.3.3 排气检验 自由加载法 柴油叉车连续正常工作过程中货叉起升环节使用检测装置、进行烟度检测并记录。上述过程林格曼黑度、不透光烟度检测三次。 自由加速法 在柴油叉车不具备加载条件的情况下,在1秒时间内,将油门踏板快速、连续但不粗暴的完全踩到底,使喷油嘴供给最大油量。在松开油门踏板前,发动机应达到断油点转速(断油点转速一般为额定转速且不得低于2/3,采用手动或者其他方式控制供油量的发动机采用类似方法操作),在测量过程中应进行检查。上述过程林格曼黑度、不透光烟度检测三次。 数据读取及记录 每次测量完成后,应按照附录B记录柴油叉车排气烟度检验主要信息并保存,林格曼黑度取三次检测结果最大值,不透光烟度取三次检测结果算术平均值。 检验结果判定 排气烟度限值按照GB36886-2018中第4章规定执行。 林格曼黑度级数值超过GB36886-2018中相应类别限值,则烟度排放判定检验不合格;林格曼黑度级数值合格,应继续进行不透光烟度检测,检测结果超过GB36886-2018中相应类别限值,则烟度排放判定检验不合格;林格曼黑度和不透光烟度检测结果均满足GB36886-2018中相应限值要求,则排气烟度综合判定为合格。 7 检验报告 检验时,检验人员应及时记录检测数据,包括该被检车辆基础信息、检验环境信息、检验需要的其他信息及最终检测数据等,主要采集信息见附录。检验原始记录、报告和证书等应归档留存,保证有可追溯性,纸质档案保存期限不少于6年,电子档案保存期限应不少于10年。 8 质量保证和控制 检验机构应按其质量保证体系对检验过程进行质量控制。 检验过程应按GB36886—2018附录B中质量控制相关条款B.6执行。

This document is applicable when the emissions from RIC engines used in non-road machinery, industrial equipment, marine installations, generating sets, diesel rail traction or similar machinery applications need to be measured in the field. Clause 4 applies for the conduct of discrete-mode steady- state gaseous or particulate emission measurements at a single operating point or conduct a weighted cycle-based test in the field. Clause 5 applies where it is necessary to assess gaseous emissions performance of engines during typical in-service operation under field conditions using portable emission measurement systems (PEMS).

ISO 19449:2015 specifies methods for the direct measurement of the concentration of gaseous exhaust emissions from mopeds as defined in ISO 3833 during inspection or maintenance. The results measured by this International Standard show the concentration of gaseous exhaust emissions in the no-load engine operating condition. It is applicable to mopeds having spark ignition engines (four-stroke engines or two-stroke engines). These methods can be used, either totally or partially, for - periodic inspections in official garages, - official roadside checks, and - maintenance and diagnostic operations.

1.1 This test method covers a procedure for the gravimetric determination of particulate matter (PM) collected from diluted light duty vehicle exhaust. It is applicable to mass rates from 0.32 to 32 mg/km (0.2 to 20 mg/mile). 1.2 Diluted exhaust is passed through pre-weighed filter media which is re-weighed after sampling. The difference in weight is used to determine particulate mass, which is then used with other data to calculate the distance specific emissions. 1.3 The particulate materials that are measured using this test method are generated by a vehicle following the PM standard applicable portions of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California Air Resources Board (CARB) driving schedules and test procedures for determining the emissions of light duty vehicles. For other jurisdictions, consult regional regulations for applicability of these test procedures. These test procedures are referenced in Annex A3 of this document. 1.4 The primary intent of this test method is to summarize the PM measurement test procedures as defined by the EPA and CARB (40 CFR Parts §1066, §1065, §86.101, and CARB test procedures for hybrid vehicle testing). NOTE 1—Some requirements are generalized from core references for simplicity and to provide guidance for users applying the principals in this standard to regions not governed by EPA and CARB regulation. For specific details, reference the regulated procedures. 1.5 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses after SI units are provided for information only and are not considered standard. 1.6 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
