目前医用防护口罩的口罩带设计时普遍较紧、口罩的气流阻力相对较大，医护人员长时间佩戴易造成面部有勒痕、伤痕、呼吸不畅的情况，且口罩使用过程中，呼吸时如密闭不严，极易造成鼻部和面部漏气，使得实际过滤效率大打折扣，无法实现有效防护。现有普通医用防护口罩仅能保护口鼻部位，如需实现头面部全方位防护，仍需佩戴防护帽、医用帽、护目镜等防护类产品。临床急需新型的口鼻部防护产品，为医护人员提供更全方位、有效、便捷的口鼻部甚至头面部保护。 现已有标准GB 19083-2010《医用防护口罩技术要求》对主要由无纺布、熔喷无纺布、鼻夹与口罩带组成的普通医用防护口罩的技术要求、试验方法、标志与使用说明及包装、运输和贮存作出了明确规定。但该标准中的技术要求指标已无法涵盖采用新结构和新材料研制的医用防护面罩，产品的新增性能指标亟需补充并规范，现制定医用防护面罩团体标准，以供企业参考。 本文件所规定的医用防护面罩的技术要求、试验方法是基于现有的认知和试验条件所制定。随着科学技术的不断发展，其内容仍需要长期的积累和深入，以臻完善。 本文件的发布机构提请注意，声明符合本文件时，可能涉及到19条与医用防护面罩结构组成相关的专利的使用。 本文件的发布机构对于该专利的真实性、有效性和范围无任何立场。 该专利持有人已向本文件的发布机构承诺，他愿意同任何申请人在合理无歧视的条款和条件下，就专利授权许可进行谈判。该专利持有人的声明已在本文件的发布机构备案。专利权人或专利申请人同意在公平、合理、无歧视基础上，有偿许可任何组织或者个人在实施该中关村标准时实施专利。相关信息可以通过以下联系方式获得： 专利持有人姓名：河南驼人贝斯特医疗器械有限公司、河南驼人医疗器械集团有限公司 地址：长垣市南蒲街道办事处纬七路中段南路，453400，邮箱：zhouyancong1989@163.com 请注意除上述专利外，本文件的某些内容仍可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。
