Diese Internationale Norm legt Regeln fest, um Populationsspezifikationen einzuführen und anzugeben, die verwendet werden, um Bedingungen für Populationsmerkmale festzulegen, welche aus einer Menge von Merkmalswerten bestimmt werden, die von jedem Werkstück in einer Population von Werkstücken erhalten werden.
