1.1 This test method describes the assessment of material thermal stability through the determination of the temperature at which the materials start to decompose or react and the extent of the mass change using thermogravimetry. The test method uses minimum quantities of material and is applicable over the temperature range from ambient to 800 °C. 1.2 The absence of reaction or decomposition is used as an indication of thermal stability in this test method under the experimental conditions used. 1.3 This test method may be performed on solids or liquids, which do not sublime or vaporize in the temperature range of interest. 1.4 This test method shall not be used by itself to establish a safe operating or storage temperature. It may be used in conjunction with other test methods (for example, Test Methods E487 and E537, and Guide E1981) as part of a hazard analysis of a material. 1.5 This test method is normally applicable to reaction or decomposition occurring in the range from room temperature to 800 °C. The temperature range may be extended depending on the instrumentation used. 1.6 This test method may be performed in an inert, a reactive or self-generated atmosphere. 1.7 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.8 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety, health, and environmental practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use. 1.9 This international standard was developed in accordance with internationally recognized principles on standardization established in the Decision on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations issued by the World Trade Organization Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) Committee.

1.1 Requirements and tests This Recommendation specifies the metrological and technical requirements, test methods and maximum permissible errors for the type approval of grain moisture meters used in commercial transactions of cereal grains and oilseeds. 1.2 Indications This Recommendation applies to digitally indicating automatic grain moisture meters that directly display moisture content. 1.3 Application This Recommendation applies to moisture measuring instruments that estimate moisture based on indirect physical means (e.g. electrical or optical sensing). Drying methods or any other direct moisture measurement technology are not specifically covered, but may qualify if they perform to the requirements of this Recommendation. 1.4 Type of measuring instrument This Recommendation applies to grain moisture meters that measure the moisture content of a fixed representative-size grain sample. 冷链物流是指产品在流通加工、储存、运输、配送直至最后消费的各个环节中,都始终处于适宜的低温环境下,确保产品质量及安全、减少耗损和污染的特殊供应链系统。农产品冷链流通要求在采收、加工、包装、储存、运输、销售等多个环节对农产品进行严格的温度控制,以保证产品质量的一项系统化的概念。而目前我国对于农产品冷链物流还是缺乏一种系统的认识,这就造成了农产品质量始终不能达到一个较高的水平。系统中的每一个环节都必须做到对温度的严格控制,只有这样才能确保农产品冷链物流的顺利进行、保证农产品的品质质量。 果蔬产品保鲜期短,要想最大限度地保持其原有的新鲜程度、色泽以及营养,就必须快速准确地送到消费者手中。如果运送时间增加 ,产品新鲜度将下降,虽仍能食用,但是人们在购买过程中,此类产品被销售出去的机率会降低,销售量减少,从而造成损失。 果蔬农产品易腐烂的特点严重影响着果蔬农产品的价值,果蔬农产品在采收后应该马上进入冷冻库,进入预冷环节。果蔬采摘后预冷与否关系到果蔬品质及保鲜时长,若不预冷或预冷不及时都可能使果蔬快速腐烂。但是我国的实际情况却是大部分的产品都是常温运存,冷链流通率极低。冷链所需要的制冷、温控等技术是支持冷链的技术基础。然而这些技术的发展不全面、不平衡,严重影响了果蔬农产品的运输保鲜效果。 随着经济的发展,人民的生活水平的提高,人们对产品质量提出了更高的要求,要求新鲜、安全、无污染。为了不保证农产品的高度新鲜、营养和安全,满足顾客的需求,冷链物流是保证农产品从农场到餐桌的最后的关键一步。 为减少农产品在流通中的损耗,需要有适宜的湿度和温度,因此冷链过程中温湿度的测定与控制至关重要,有必要制定统一的《冷链物流 温湿度控制与测定要求》标准进行规范。

This part of IEC 61340, which is a technical report, describes the fundamental principles of electrostatic phenomena including charge generation, retention and dissipation and electrostatic discharges. Methods for measuring electrostatic phenomena and related properties of materials are described in a general way. Hazards and problems associated with electrostatic phenomena and principles of their control are outlined. Useful applications of electrostatic effects are summarized.
