该标准共包括以下10个章节的技术内容: 第四章 基本要求:该部分主要对轴承再制造的各项指标、技术方案、作业指导书、质量控制点识别、安全、场地和设施等提出了应遵守的相关规范和基本要求,规定了再制造轴承的质量、安全、性能、环保、安装尺寸等各项指标应满足轴承拟投入运行机组的技术要求,并出具满足技术要求的相关计算资料。 第五章 再制造设计:该部分主要对再制造设计应包括内容和性能提升方面提出了相应要求。其中,再制造设计包括再制造技术指标和主机技术要求的匹配性、有限元分析校核计算和验收标准等内容。 第六章 拆解与清理:该部分主要对轴承再制造拆解与清理的方法、内容和要求作出了规定。主要从拆除过程中、拆除后、运输过程、拆解前和安全防护等方面给出了相应的规范和要求。对于在拆除后无法立即返厂的,贮存时应采取保护措施。 第七章 再制造检测:该部分主要对检测的内容、对象和重要几何参数提出了相应要求。其中重要几何参数的测量包括但不限于滚道直径、滚子直径、保持架窗孔尺寸以及套圈变形量。 第八章 再制造评估:该部分主要对再制造前轴承是否具备再制造性给出了具体要求。再制造性评估应在检测结果基础上考虑技术、经济、环境、资源以及应用需求进行,结合再制造技术可行性和经济性对其再制造性进行评估,出具检测与评估结论。 第九章 再制造加工:该部分主要对轴承再制造中轴承套圈、滚动体和保持架的再制造加工要求分别作出了规定。其中轴承套圈的滚道宜通过磨削加工进行精度修复,修复后滚道的几何精度应满足产品图纸技术要求或用户要求。 第十章 再制造装配:该部分对轴承再制造装配前后与装配质量提出了相应的要求,轴承表面应无磕碰伤、毛刺、划伤等缺陷,轴承回转灵活。 第十一章 质量评价与验收:该部分主要从外观检查、尺寸公差的测量、润滑脂加注、游隙检测、内/外圈跳动检测、防腐要求、残磁的评定、试验等方面给出了具体的检查项目和验收标准。 第十二章 标识与贮存:该部分主要从标识的位置和内容以及贮存环境等方面给出了具体要求。 第十三章 环保要求:该章节主要对轴承再制造过程中的安全与环保要求做出了规定。再制造过程中产生的废渣、废液等,应按照排污许可证要求进行环境管理和污染防治。

1.1 This specification covers porous metallic sleeve, flange, thrust and spherical bronze-base bearings that are produced from mixed metal powders utilizing powder metallurgy (PM) technology and then impregnated with oil to supply operating lubrication. 1.2 Included are the specifications for the chemical, physical and mechanical requirements of those bronze-base PM materials that have been developed and standardized specifically for use in the manufacture of these self-lubricating bearings. 1.3 This specification is applicable to the purchase of bronze-base bearings (oil-impregnated) that were formerly covered by military specifications and are intended for government or military applications. Those additional government requirements that only apply to military bearings are listed in the Supplementary Requirements section of this specification. 1.4 This specification accompanies Specification B439 that covers the requirements for Iron-Base Powder Metallurgy (PM) Bearings, (Oil-Impregnated). 1.5 Typical applications for bronze-base bearings are listed in Appendix X1. 1.6 Bearing dimensional tolerance data are shown in Appendix X2, while engineering information regarding installation and operating parameters of PM bearings is included in Appendix X3. Additional useful information on selflubricating bearings can be found in MPIF Standard 35, ISO 5755 and the technical literature.2 1.7 With the exception of density values for which the g/cm3 unit is the industry standard, the values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard.
