4　基本要求 4.1　原材料 铸件原料可用成品铸锭或相同成分边角料、铸件的浇口、冒口和废弃铸件等回炉料。回炉料重熔并精炼后化学成分须满足表 1 要求。 4.2　制造要求 4.2.1　铸造 熔炼应采用中频感应电炉或其他二次精炼方法，由铸件生产者决定生产方法。 4.2.2　焊补 4.2.2.1　铸件缺陷允许焊补，焊补前须将铸件缺陷全部清理干净，焊补后应不影响铸件的使用和外观质量。  4.2.2.2　焊接工艺评定应按NB/T 47014的要求进行。 4.2.2.3　焊补后应进行消除应力热处理，并按检验铸件的同一标准进行检验，确认焊补合格。 4.2.2.4　铸件具有下列缺陷之一者不允许焊补： a)　图纸或订货合同中规定不允许焊补的缺陷； b)　有蜂窝状气孔者； c)　成品试压渗漏且焊补后无法保证质量者； d)　同一部位的焊补次数不得超过2 次。 4.2.3　 机械加工余量 铸件的加工余量应符合GB/T 6414—2017中“10 机械加工余量（RMA）”规定；特殊要求时，应在 图样或其他技术文件中注明。
