This clause of Part 1 is applicable except as follows: 1 Addition: This standard applies to transportable combined mitre and bench saws with a saw blade diameter not exceeding 315 mm and intended for cutting wood and analogue materials. 2 Addition: This standard does not apply to transportable mitre and bench saws used to cut steel, iron, brass or food.
