IEC TR 61000-4-37:2016 outlines a typical test procedure for harmonic analysis in systems comprising tests apparatus designed to comply with IEC 61000-4-7, and products designed to comply with IEC 61000-3-2 and/or IEC 61000-3-12. The test procedure is intended to provide a systematic guidance suitable for use by manufacturers, end users, independent test laboratories and other bodies, for the purpose of determining the applicable compliance status within a wide range of harmonic current emissions. It is not intended as a replacement for type testing of harmonic analyzers, nor does it check all of the parameters specified in IEC 61000-4-7, IEC 61000-3-2, and IEC 61000-3-12. This publication contains attached files in the form of an xls document and a user guide. These files are intended to be used as a complement and do not form an integral part of the standard.

CISPR/TR 31:2012 covers the rationale behind the actual database covering the characteristics of radio services. The objective of the database is to register those characteristics which are relevant for derivation and specification of limits for disturbance emissions from electric and/or electronic equipment, systems and installations. Committees responsible for generic and/or product emission EMC standards should use this information together with CISPR 23. This second edition includes the replacement of CISPR 23 as reference standard for the determination of limits by CISPR 16-4-4:2007 on "model for the calculation of limits for the protection of radio services".

IEC 61000-6-3:2020 is a generic EMC emission standard applicable only if no relevant dedicated product or product family EMC emission standard has been published. This part of IEC 61000 for emission requirements applies to electrical and electronic equipment intended for use at residential (see 3.1.14) locations. This part of IEC 61000 also applies to electrical and electronic equipment intended for use at other locations that do not fall within the scope of IEC 61000-6-8 or IEC 61000-6-4. The intention is that all equipment used in the residential, commercial and light-industrial environments are covered by IEC 61000-6-3 or IEC 61000-6-8. If there is any doubt the requirements in IEC 61000-6-3 apply. The conducted and radiated emission requirements in the frequency range up to 400 GHz are considered essential and have been selected to provide an adequate level of protection of radio reception in the defined electromagnetic environment. Not all disturbance phenomena have been included for testing purposes but only those considered relevant for the equipment intended to operate within the locations included within this document. The emission requirements in this document are not intended to be applicable to the intentional transmissions and their harmonics from a radio transmitter as defined by the ITU. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition published in 2006 and its Amendment 1:2010. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: a) alternative method for measuring conducted emissions on DC ports; b) limits and requirements applicable only to equipment intended to be used in residential locations; c) more stringent limits for DC power ports. NOTE 1 Safety considerations are not covered by this document. NOTE 2 In special cases, situations will arise where the levels specified in this document will not offer adequate protection; for example where a sensitive receiver is used in close proximity to an equipment. In these instances, special mitigation measures can be employed. NOTE 3 Disturbances generated in fault conditions of equipment are not covered by this document. NOTE 4 As the requirements in this document are more stringent or equivalent to those requirements in IEC 61000-6-4 and IEC 61000-6-8, equipment fulfilling the requirements of this document comply with the requirements of IEC 61000-6-4 and IEC 61000-6-8.

CISPR/TR 16-4-1:2009 gives guidance on the treatment of uncertainties to those who are involved in the development or modification of CISPR electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards. In addition, this part provides useful background information for those who apply the standards and the uncertainty aspects in practice. The objectives of this part are to: a) identify the parameters or sources governing the uncertainty associated with the statement that a given product complies with the requirement specified in a CISPR recommendation. This uncertainty will be called "standards compliance uncertainty"; b) give guidance on the estimation of the magnitude of the standards compliance uncertainty; c) give guidance for the implementation of the standards compliance uncertainty into the compliance criterion of a CISPR standardised compliance test. As such, this part can be considered as a handbook that can be used by standards writers to incorporate and harmonise uncertainty considerations in existing and future CISPR standards. This part also gives guidance to regulatory authorities, accreditation bodies and test engineers to judge the performance quality of an EMC test-laboratory carrying out CISPR standardised compliance tests. The uncertainty considerations given in this part can also be used as guidance when comparing test results (and their uncertainties) obtained by using different alternative test methods. The uncertainty of a compliance test also relates to the probability of occurrence of an electromagnetic interference (EMI) problem in practice. This aspect is recognized and introduced briefly in this part. However, the problem of relating uncertainties of a compliance test to the occurrence of EMI in practice is not considered within the scope of this part. The scope of this part is limited to all the relevant uncertainty considerations of a standardized EMC compliance test. This second edition of CISPR 16-4-1 cancels and replaces the first edition published in 2003, and its Amendments 1 (2004) and 2 (2007). It constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition. The provisions available for application of uncertainties in the determination of the compliance criterion are explained more generally and a procedure is added for re-testing an approved EUT by another test house.

CISPR 16-2-5:2008(E) deals with in situ electromagnetic disturbance measurements in any environment from physically large equipment and systems excluding networks. It covers both radiated and conducted emission phenomena, and does not deal with immunity tests. This technical report is intended to be applied primarily to such physically large equipment which are not under the scope of any existing emission standards (as for example CISPR 11 and CISPR 22). It serves only as a guideline on how to deal with emissions of that equipment at the particular location of installation. It does not establish any emission requirements. Due to the severe impact of the conditions existing at a particular location of operation and the use of the respective large equipment, however, it is not intended to use the measurements in the frame of type testing. Reference in-situ measurement distances will be given. This allows comparison of the measurement results with limits from existing relevant standards. The frequency range under consideration is from 9 kHz to 18 GHz.

CISPR 25:2016 contains limits and procedures for the measurement of radio disturbances in the frequency range of 150 kHz to 2 500 MHz. The standard applies to any electronic/electrical component intended for use in vehicles, trailers and devices. Refer to International Telecommunications Union (ITU) publications for details of frequency allocations. The limits are intended to provide protection for receivers installed in a vehicle from disturbances produced by components/modules in the same vehicle. The method and limits for a complete vehicle (whether connected to the power mains for charging purposes or not) are in Clause 5 and the methods and limits for components/modules are in Clause 6. Only a complete vehicle test can be used to determine the component compatibility with respect to a vehicle's limit. The receiver types to be protected are, for example, broadcast receivers (sound and television), land mobile radio, radio telephone, amateur, citizens' radio, Satellite Navigation (GPS etc.), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. For the purpose of this standard, a vehicle is a machine, which is self-propelled by an internal combustion engine, electric means, or both. Vehicles include (but are not limited to) passenger cars, trucks, agricultural tractors and snowmobiles. Annex A provides guidance in determining whether this standard is applicable to particular equipment. This fourth edition cancels and replaces the third edition published in 2008. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: - inclusion of charging mode for electric vehicles (EV) and plug-in electric vehicles (PHEV), - the methods for chamber validation have been included, - test methods for shielded power supply systems for high voltages for electric and hybrid electric vehicles have been included, - overall improvement. The contents of the corrigendum of October 2017 have been included in this copy.
